Hi, I'm Lauren Williams — owner and lead wedding planner here at Grandview on the Prairie. Alongside my husband, Cole Williams and our sweet daughter, Bonnie Grace, and my amazing parents, Stephen and Tonya Mapps, we've poured our hearts into creating an elegant and modern wedding venue where every couple can experience the celebration of their dreams.
Nestled in the countryside, Grandview on the Prairie offers a peaceful setting with a stylish twist. Our all-white interiors provide a classic, enchanting backdrop — perfect for a timeless wedding with a modern flair. We’re proud to offer multi-day venue rentals, giving our couples the freedom to fully enjoy each moment of their wedding festivities without feeling rushed.

Bridal Suite
At Grandview on the Prairie, we’ve designed our bridal suite to be a serene and luxurious space where you can relax, prepare, and celebrate with your favorite people before the big moment.

Groom Suite
Get ready in comfort and style in our thoughtfully designed Groom’s Suite, ideal for the groom and his party. The space features ample lighting and abundant natural light, perfect for getting dressed and capturing those memorable prep moments.
A 6-foot mirror and hanging racks make suit and accessory prep effortless.
The suite comfortably accommodates 10–15 guests, making it the perfect spot to relax, toast, and prepare for the big day.
Enjoy premium amenities including a private bathroom with shower, mini fridge, and ice maker—everything you need for a smooth and stress-free experience.
Ceremony and Reception Area
This gorgeous, spacious venue is perfect for weddings, receptions, banquets, and large gatherings. We can comfortably accommodate up to 225 guests with a flexible layout to suit your event's unique needs.
The space includes 6-foot round tables, 6-foot and 8-foot rectangular tables, and white chairs, all provided at no additional cost.
We also offer a variety of stylish furniture pieces that our clients are welcome to use, completely rental-free.
A fully equipped butler’s kitchen is available for catering, featuring two refrigerators, an oven, a warmer, and two sinks—ideal for seamless food service throughout your event. Whether you're planning an elegant celebration or a casual gathering, our venue combines functionality and charm to help bring your vision to life.

Additional services that can be used
Cleaning Fee: $250 - all you have to do it is get your things and walk out. We will do it all.
Alcohol Fee: $250 - if there is alcohol on the property we have to take out this policy.
